The role is advisory. Legal, technical and transactional processes are handled by external professionals. This separation ensures that advice remains clear, honest and aligned solely with the client’s interests.
LUMARA’s involvement concludes when the client is decision-ready — whether that leads to a purchase, a pause, or a decision not to proceed.
